Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once opened.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or resolution.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.

Our products are shipped from our facility. If there is an issue with a product, please reach out to us so that we can address the issue.
Shipping & Recent Orders
Packages that are within the continental US are shipped Priority Mail.
We try to ensure that our packages are delivered in a timely manner. If your package shows delivered and you have not received your package, please reach out to USPS regarding the delivery.
Because of the volume of orders, we make postal runs or schedule pickups twice per week. Packages are delivered within 7 to 10 days just based on the postal service, even though we ship priority mail.
