1. Orders & Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may extend slightly. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and carrier. Hair Confections™ is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or weather conditions.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once items are opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or resolution.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or missing, email support@hairconfections.com with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of receipt. We’ll gladly investigate and resolve the issue.

6. Product Safety & Allergies

All Hair Confections™ products are made using high-quality, natural ingredients. However, as with any cosmetic product, please perform a patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products.

7. Custom & International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees. Hair Confections™ cannot be held liable for items held, delayed, or confiscated by customs.
